My name is Ilenia, and these are the hands behind every amigurumi crochet creation you see here.
I began my journey in December 2019, during a time when circumstances forced me to stay seated in a chair for a while. Instead of seeing it as a limitation, I thought it could be the perfect opportunity to learn something new.
And that’s exactly what happened.
How My Amigurumi Journey Started
I asked my husband to go to the local craft store and buy some yarn that I could use with one of the crochet hooks I already had at home.
He came back with five skeins of cotton yarn.
That simple moment marked the beginning of my amigurumi crochet adventure.
What started as curiosity quickly became a passion for creating cute crochet toys, handmade amigurumi, and detailed crochet designs.
